Tapas Dining Types

Black Bear Bread Co.

- (, , , )

Black Bear Bread Co. is Grayton Beach’s neighborhood bakery, coffee shop and seasonal café. Brought to life by Chef Phil McDonald and restaurateur Dave Rauschkolb in collaboration with Stumptown Coffee Roasters.

The freshly-baked naturally leavened bread, dynamically seasonal local produce and sensible sourcing are the inspiration for the café menu serving breakfast and lunch on the go, as well as, for those who want to hang around and dine in.

Havana Beach Rooftop Gulf View Lounge

- ()

The Pearl’s casual rooftop lounge is a one of a kind experience for cocktails and small plate tasters made in the wood fired oven while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and destination pool.

La Crema

- ()

Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, the concept is borrowed from the incredibly popular tapas and chocolate shops of Madrid and Barcelona as discovered on a recent trip to Spain. Rosemary Beach and Barcelona share a similar climate and strategic location next to the sea for fresh food so we see a tapas and chocolate shop as a natural fit for our hometown.
