Black Bear Bread Co. is Grayton Beach’sย neighborhood bakery, coffee shop and seasonal cafรฉ. Brought to life by Chef Phil McDonald and restaurateur Dave Rauschkolb in collaboration with Stumptown Coffee Roasters.

The freshly-baked naturally leavened bread, dynamically seasonal local produce and sensible sourcing are the inspiration for the cafรฉ menu serving breakfast and lunch on the go, as well as, for those who want to hang around and dine in.
